Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your J Martin purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied, unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags can be returned within 20 days of receipt.

A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the total cost of the returned item(s).

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be issued.  J Martin is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.  If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
