All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours (up to 3 full business days) after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods such as sales, product launches, or special events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Backorders & Delays
Due to high demand, some items may be backordered or experience shipping delays. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated shipping information.

Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders are final. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or update any order details, including shipping address or items.
